Long before I ever held a camera,
I learned how to care for people.
For more than three decades, I have been trusted with people in some of life's most vulnerable moments.
I learned to notice the things that aren't always said.
To slow down.
To listen.
To be gentle.
And I bring all of that with me when I pick up my camera.
